Credits can be issued if for example you order a gold package that includes 2 applications and you only have 1 job advertisement of interest upon ordering, your résumé writer will make a note on our computer system that are still in 'credit' to have a second application prepared at a later stage, when a position of interest becomes available. There is no expiry date, therefore you can use anytime in the future. However credits cannot be refunded and form part of an already discounted package.
